    *Ground Conditons UPDATE*:
With more rain expected this week we need to ask you to help us by minimising vehicles on site.  Please, if you can, do put all your boats onto one trailer and share transport to reduce numbers of cars. Marshalls will give clear directions for parking.
We would be grateful if you could unload your boats and rig them on the HRR boat tent area, again directions will be given.

Parking: This event is held on the Regatta Meadows, please turn into the field using the entrance behind Leander Club and closely follow directions given by the Parking Marshals. Please do travel in as few vehicles as possible.
Watch this space for further guidance in the event of wet ground conditions.

Trailers: Please be aware that we only have access to regatta land on the day of our event. Gates open at 7:30 am. Please do NOT arrive before this. We do not have access to Leander's Carpark which is also the property of HRR.
We are grateful for the support of the Stewards of Henley Royal Regatta and ask for your cooperation to help us maintain this.

Prizes: Will be presented at Henley Rowing Club after the end of racing.
